Field Testing Site Selection map
Project Details: Create a tool to generate locations for
workers in the field to tests within the network. These maps were
printed on D-Size plotters and images were posted to a website for
8x11 size printing as well. I designed a tool to dynamically generate
thousands of maps for use in cities around the US. It was one of
several tools created with MapBasic for the Network Testing group
over a 2 year period.
Field Testing Data Results map
Project Details: Another tool was created to parse, map and
analyze the test data collected from the above map. This map contains
the data points collected with a GPS receiver along with signal
strength. The green an red diamonds indicate passing and failing
areas. A MapBasic batch tool was created to post a similar map along
with a report of variable averages to a website for further review.
